摘要 PURPOSE: An clean water processing apparatus in which water treatment efficiency about the entire device is improved is provided to have no extra drain water generated in the separate reverse flushing water or the back flushing process through the successive circulating flow of the reverse flushing water and the raw water which filters drain water generated in the process of reverse flushing the strainer and ultra filtration module through submerged membrane system and circulates to ultra filtration module again. CONSTITUTION: The clean water processing apparatus includes: a inflow tank(100) in which raw water is flowed in and stored; a strainer(200) processing by filtering the raw water which is flown out from the inflow tank for the first time; a line mixer(300) mixing the first processing water passing through the strainer with coagulant; a ultra filtration module(400) processing by filtering the first processing water passing through the line mixer for the second time; a water treatment tank(500) storing the second processed water passing through the ultra filtration module; an electrolyzed water generating device(600) which generates and supplies the electrolyzed water to sterilize the first processing water passing through the line mixer; an water quality instrumentation(700) measuring the water quality state of the second processing water passing through the ultra filtration module; a flow load conversion valve(800) which selectively converts the flow direction of the second processing water passing through the ultra filtration module into the inflow tank or the water treatment tank; and a controller(C) controlling the operation of the flow load conversion valve according to the measurement result of the water quality instrumentation. The strainer and ultra filtration module are formed to be reversely flushed by using the second processing water stored in the water treatment tank as the reverse flushing water. The drain water exhausted in the back flushing process is filtered through separate submerged membrane system and passes through the ultra filtration module again.
