PURPOSE: A grate welding device is provided to align transversal and longitudinal bars simply and accurately and automatically weld a part, at which transversal and longitudinal bars intersect. CONSTITUTION: A grate welding device comprises a table frame, a welder frame, a jig table, a table control unit, a grate jig and a welding unit. The table frame is installed in a form of square in order to have a given height from the ground surface. Welder frame is installed to have higher height compared to the table frame by columns stood on both sides of the longitudinal middle section of the table frame. The jig table is installed on the table frame to be able to move within a given range of stroke in the longitudinal direction of the table frame. The table control unit is installed between the table frame and the jig table so that the jig table can move in the given range of stroke.
