PURPOSE: A brain cortex electronic stimulation device is provided to apply electric stimulus to wide range of brain cortex. CONSTITUTION: A brain cortex electronic stimulation device comprises: a circuit part(10) which transfers an electrostimulation signal to the brain or receives a signal from the brain; a body portion(20) which is connected to the circuit part, is made of flexible material, and is easily transformed; an electrode portion(40) which is formed on the body portion and including a plurality of electrodes generating electric stimulus according to the electrostimulation signal; and a wire portion(30) which is formed on the body portion and interlinks the circuit part and electrode portion.
