<p>Method for increasing the emission of light from a chemiluminescent reaction including luminol, a peroxidase enzyme, an oxidant and a mediator of electrons through the use of a hypernucleophilic acylation catalyst belonging to the class of 4-aminopyridines. It is also described the use in diagnostic assays of chemiluminescent substrates containing said catalysts.</p> |
