PURPOSE: An e-mail delivery system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to check his or her e-mail regardless of the kind of application. CONSTITUTION: An external device interface unit(240) receives an e-mail including one or more multimedia resources from an external device. Based on the information necessary to process the received e-mail, a processor(220) extracts a specific resource from the received e-mail or converts the received e-mail into an image suitable for the receiving terminal. A terminal interface unit(210) transmits the processed e-mail to the receiving terminal.
