PURPOSE: A device for reducing noise is provided to efficiently reduce and block noise from a noise source. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing noise comprises an information acquisition unit(110), a signal processing unit(120), an offset signal ejector(130), a support, a first speaker, and a second speaker. The information acquisition unit comprises a noise gathering unit collecting the noise from the noise source. The information acquisition unit senses noise source and collects the noise from the noise source. The signal processing unit filters the noise collected by the information acquisition unit in order to the extract the noise of specific frequency range. The offset signal ejector locates according to the movement route of the noise source. The support is extended from a plurality of offset signal ejectors in a cross direction of on the ground. The first speaker is supported with the support and transmits offsetting signals generated from the signal processing unit. The second speaker is supported with the support on the location higher than the first speaker and transmits offsetting signals generated from the signal processing unit.
