A method for sharing carrier frequency resources among multiple operators includes: when a carrier frequency needs to be allocated to an operator, allocating the carrier frequency to the operator if the number of carrier frequencies occupied by the operator does not reach a predetermined frequency number; allocating the carrier frequency to the operator according to a preconfigured policy if the number of carrier frequencies occupied by the operator already reaches the predetermined frequency number. An apparatus for sharing carrier frequency resources among multiple operators is also provided. In the technical solution of the present invention, the operator may occupy other available carrier frequencies when the number of carrier frequencies occupied by the operator exceeds the predetermined frequency number, and therefore frequency spectrum resources of operators may be adjusted dynamically. In this way, the utilization of the frequency spectrum resources is improved. Therefore, the investment cost of operators is reduced. |
