PURPOSE: A flexible substrate containing inorganic filler for a display apparatus is provided to enable good linear expansion coefficient, high transmissivity, and a glass transition temperature suitable for a display substrate. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate containing inorganic filler for a display apparatus comprises: at least one heat resistant resin selected from polyethylenenaphthalate, polyethersulfone, polyimide, polyethyleneterephthalate, polyarylate, and polycarbonate; and at least one inorganic particle filler(20) selected from silicon dioxide(SiO2) having an aspect ratio of 1-3,000, barium sulfate(BaSO4), boehmite, and wollastonite.
