PURPOSE: A bicycle having an electric motor which drives without the rotational motion of pedals is provided to selectively perform a manual running mode using pedaling motion and an automatic running using a speed adjustment lever. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle having an electric motor comprises a bicycle main body(200), an electric motor(100), and a fixing bracket(300). The bicycle main body comprises a pedal, a shift gear group(207), and a chain(208). The pedal is integrally installed in a driving shaft(204). The shift gear group is integrated with an inner driving gear of a pedal and a driven rotary shaft(700) of a back wheel. The chain is reeled between pedal and shift gear group. The electric motor has an electromotive gear and auxiliary gear installed at a rotary shaft. The fixing bracket is fixed to the part right behind the drive gear using a locking piece and a joining terminal. |
