PURPOSE: A seawater processing apparatus is provided to filter microorganism and foreign materials and to suppress and to prevent adhesion of microorganism and foreign materials on a filter. CONSTITUTION: A seawater processing apparatus(1) comprises: a seawater supply unit(20) for storing seawater in a storage(40) or discharging seawater to the outside; a filter(30) for filtering the microorganism and foreign material in the seawater; and an electrolytic unit(50) which supplies sterilizing substances to the filter and removes the microorganism and foreign material.
