PURPOSE: A device for recovering a cartridge case for a shoulder weapon is provided to easily collect a cartridge case to a lower recovering unit through the side and lower inlets of an upper recovering unit and the upper inlet of the lower recovering unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for recovering a cartridge case for a shoulder weapon comprises an upper recovering unit(100), a lower recovering unit(200), and an attaching and detaching unit(300). The upper recovering unit comprises an upper bag(110) and an upper bag frame(120). The upper bag frame is coupled to the upper bag. Side and lower inlets(111,112) are formed by coupling the upper bag and the upper bag frame. A cartridge case is sent from a cartridge discharge hole to the side inlet. The lower recovering unit comprises a lower bag(210) and a lower bag frame(220). The upper inlet of the lower bag is connected to the lower inlet of the upper recovering unit. The attaching and detaching unit attaches/detaches the upper recovering unit on/from the lower recovering unit.
