PURPOSE: A treatment method of natural undaria pinnatifida, and the treated natural undaria pinnatifida are provided to secure the fresh eating texture of the raw undaria pinnatifida. CONSTITUTION: A treatment method of natural undaria pinnatifida comprises the following steps: washing the natural undaria pinnatifida; packing the washed natural undaria pinnatifida; and rapidly freezing the packed natural undaria pinnatifida at -40~-60deg C for 2~4hours. The washing process of the natural undaria pinnatifida is performed for 1~2minutes with 2% salt water. |
