PURPOSE: A vehicle blower is provided to enable a user to easily operate a filter cover with one hand and enhance the air tightness of a receiving chamber for an air filter. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle blower comprises an intake duct, a scroll case, a filter member, and a filter cover member(50a). An indoor/outdoor air exchange door is installed in the intake duct. A blowing fan is installed on the scroll case. The filter element is inserted into a receiving chamber arranged between the intake duct and the scroll case. The filter cover member encloses the receiving chamber. The filter cover member comprises a plurality of cover plates(70), a hinge unit, and a control unit. The cover plates cover the receiving chamber. The hinge unit connects the cover plates. The control unit is coupled to the hinge region of the cover plates, which are connected by the hinge unit.
