PURPOSE: An Internet protocol TV service apparatus, a remote controller for two-way communication, and the image realization method of the remote controller for two-way communication are provided to satisfy the watching desire of audience without disturbing the watching of other persons. CONSTITUTION: A server(220) offers the image, and contents information about an advertisement or a product within the image. An advertisement editing unit(200) offers the contents information about the advertisement to the server. An STB(Set Top Box)(240) transmits the image and the contents information about the advertisement or the product through different routes. A remote controller(260) has a first communication module(261) and a display unit(265). The first communication module communicates with the STB in two ways. The display unit displays the contents information. A display unit(250) displays the image.
