PLASTIC OPTICAL PRODUCT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A plastic optical product and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to moderate the birefringence in producing products, since the proportional relation is formed with the internal stress or the stress deviation. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a plastic optical product comprises the steps of: forming a cavity with a condensing core(30) and a fixing mold(10); injecting the synthetic resin inside the cavity; compressing the synthetic resin inserted inside cavity after transferring the compression core to the fixing mold; and diminishing the internal stress of the plastic optical product, since the compression core is transferred the fixing mold and the synthetic resin inserted inside cavity is compressed. The shape of the plastic optical is a dome shape. The plastic optical product more includes a flange unit in the circumferential surface of an end.
