PURPOSE: Polyester-polyether hybrid polyol is provided to form polyisocianurate foam with low viscosity of a resin premix and excellent adhesive force to a steel plate. CONSTITUTION: Polyester-polyether hybrid polyol includes 5-50 weight% of dicarboxylic acids, 5-50 weight% of diols, 5-50 weight% of polyfunctional poly(alkyleneoxide)polyols, and 0-5 weight% of polyfunctional compound. The polyfunctional compound is such that polyvalent poly(alkyleneoxide)polyols and polyfunctional compounds are bonded with ester compounds consisting of dicarboxylic acids and diols.
