PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing oxidizer block and oxidizer block manufactured by the same are provided to mix oxidizer for reducing odor like the triple salt with organic or non-organic binder substance, to manufacture as solid block and to use in the environment of the high humidity without the deformation. CONSTITUTION: The oxidizer block manufacturing method includes the steps of: mixing the oxidizer(1) eliminating smell and bad smell with the binder(2) of the powdered form uniformly in the stirrer(10); manufacturing the oxidizer block(30) by putting the oxidizer and the binder mixed in stirrer in the block apparatus(20) in the normal temperature state; heating the oxidizer block in the set molding temperature and set molding time range; natural cooling the oxidizer block.
