PURPOSE: A content recording method and digital broadcasting receiver are provided to store an event input command, content information, and operation information in a storage unit in order to output content from a digital broadcasting receiver and reproduce a recorded event. CONSTITUTION: If an event recording command is received, an event recording engine drives a time generator(602). An event input command information storage unit(601) stores an event input command if the event input command is received. An action information storage unit(603) stores operation information corresponding to the reception of the event input command.
