PURPOSE: A netting twine and a net using the same are provided to pass big fishes through the net and to protect fishery resource. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing netting twine(1) comprises: a step of twisting vinylon yarn as a core material(2) and three kinds of strands of polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, and general thread(3) 60-100 times per 1m; a step of coiling the double yarn on a bobbin; and a step of stream the yarn at 70~80°C for 30-40 minutes and naturally cooling.
