METHOD FOR PREPARING FERMENTED LIQUOR OF EPICARP OF GINKGO BILOBA

PURPOSE: A method for preparing fermentation liquid of pericarp of Ginkgo biloba L. is provided to obtain sweet taste without bad smell of Ginkgo biloba L. and to treat atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fermentation liquid of pericarp of Ginkgo biloba L. comprises: a step of fermenting Ginkgo biloba L. pericarp at 0°C-5°C for 2-4 months under the anaerobic condition; a step of fermenting at 10°C-18°C for 2-4 months under the anaerobic condition; a step of juicing fermented pericarp to obtain juice; and a step of adding 0.5-5.0 weight parts of Zingiberis Rhizoma crudus to 100 weight parts of juice and heating.
