PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polylactic acid resin composition is provided to precisely control the temperature of a reactant using a melting kneader, to enhance mixing power, and to facilitate discharge. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a polylactic acid resin composition comprises the steps of: forming polylactic acids by performing ring opening polymerization after providing lactide and lactic acid oligomers to a melt-kneading device; and melt-mixing the polylactic acid and the thermoplastic resin by providing the thermoplastic resin to the melt-kneading device. The content of the thermoplastic resin is 0.1-50 weight%.
