<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grant to a stock holder complimentary points in accordance with a stockholder's stock attribute for the stockholder and manage the points uniformly by making stockholder preferential treatment of a plurality of companies into point services, to enable the stockholder to buy products/services in an Internet mall, and to have both the stockholder and companies to refer to its use history. <P>SOLUTION: The stockholder complimentary point service system is provided with a complimentary point management server 1 and a mall server 2 which are mutually connected via a network line 3 and accessible from external stockholder side terminals 5 and 6 via an Internet 4. The complimentary point management server has a database for accumulating stockholder information and performs a function to define a stockholder, calculate complimentary points, and manage use situations of the complimentary points.
