PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a heat pipe module is provided to enhance heat conductivity since the heat conductivity of a heat pipe is uniform regardless of the arrangement of the heat pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a heat pipe module is as follows. A plurality of through-holes(15) are formed on a plurality of heat radiating plates(10). A protrusion is formed on one side of the heat radiating plate. A plurality of pipes(50) are inserted into the through-holes on the heat radiating plates. A pipe-extending bar(A) is inserted into the pipe and the outer circumferential surface of the pipe makes tight contact with the inner circumferential surface of the through-hole on each heat radiating plate. The end of the pipe is closed. After working fluid is injected into the pipe, the inside of the pipe becomes vacuum and the pipe is closed. |
