PURPOSE: A liquid nitrogen injection device is provided to smooth the injection flow of liquid nitrogen in the injection nozzle by preventing ice from being made around the injection nozzle, and to prevent the injection nozzle from being blocked. CONSTITUTION: In the liquid nitrogen injection device, which ejects liquid nitrogen to outside, the liquid nitrogen infection device of triple pipe structure ,in which heating block is formed, includes: a injection nozzle in which the hole which ejects liquid nitrogen to outside is formed: a heating block in which the penetrated hollow permitting the jet of the liquid nitrogen while surrounding the lateral direction circumference of the injection nozzle in order to touch in the lateral direction circumference of the injection nozzle is formed: and a water coagulation protecting plug in which the upper part is formed inside of the hollow part which is penetrated to the heating block to contact with lower part of the injection nozzle and connected to the heating block so heating is possible and in which the guide cavity connected to the hole of the injection nozzle is formed.
