PURPOSE: A well-being band is provided to maximize an exercise effect through elasticity and to improve durability and convenience thereof. CONSTITUTION: A well-being band comprises: a band body(200) formed in a predetermined length; and handles(110,120) corresponding to both ends of the band body. The band body and handles are integrally formed by an elastic material. A hole having an appropriate size is formed on the center of the handle in order to insert a hand thereinto. The thickness of the handle becomes thick to the end from the band body.
