PURPOSE: An environment-friendly low noise form panel is provided to decrease noise occurred by an impact during assembling and disassembling or loading work of a form. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly low noise form panel comprises: a pair of main frames(110) forming an outer frame; several sub frames(120) connecting the main frames; an upper panel(130a) and a lower panel(130b) formed on the lower part of the main frame at regular intervals; many partition walls(140) formed between the upper panel and the lower panel at regular intervals; a form housing(150) formed between the upper panel and the lower panel and injected with water-soluble expanded foam as a noise reduction material; a filling hole(170) formed on one side of the upper panel and the lower panel to connect with each form housing; and an auxiliary frame(160) formed on the front end and the rear end of the form housing to close the form housing.
