<p>The box has a base casing (1) fastened to a motor vehicle, and a lockable cover (2) fastened to the base casing in a pivotable manner. Two bearing supports (4, 5) are provided in the base casing for supporting a weapon at a handle grip. One of the bearing supports is provided with a lug (6) at a side that is turned away from the base casing, where the lug runs diagonally in the direction of the cover. A steel plate or a plastic plate made from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene is arranged on an outer side of a base (3) of the base casing, where the cover is made from plastic.</p> |
