<p>A device for the preparation of a food product suitable for human consumption, for example a beverage or a component of a beverage, for example for cappuccino.
The device comprises:
- a holder (210) for accommodating and retaining a first disposable package (1,100) at a dispensing position in the device, which package has a reservoir which is filled with a portion of a first ingredient, and also an inlet and an outflow aperture,
- liquid feed means with a lance (240) disposed at the dispensing position, which lance is adapted to connect to the channel of the first package, so that liquid can be fed to the channel through the lance and therewith the first ingredient can be mixed with the liquid, so that the mixture is dispensed through the outflow aperture of the first package.
The device furthermore comprises:
- an additional preparation and dispensing assembly for preparing, on the basis of a second ingredient, which differs from the ingredient in the first package, a second, different food product suitable for human consumption, for example a beverage or component of a beverage, the additional preparation and dispensing assembly being adapted for accommodating and retaining a disposable second package (310) filled with a portion of the second ingredient, for example a coffee preparation ingredient, which second package differs from the first package, at least as regards its dimensions.</p> |
