PURPOSE: An emotion signal sensing device and a method thereof are provided to extract emotional signals by sensing one or more bio signals and environmental signals. CONSTITUTION: A sensing signal processing unit(130) senses a plurality of bio signals and environment signals about a user. An emotional signal processing unit(140) creates emotional signals about each sensed biometric signal. The emotional signal processing unit collects emotional signals. The emotional signal processing unit creates the emotional quotient. An emotional signal communication unit(150) selectively offers emotional signals and emotional quotient to the authenticated device.
