PURPOSE: A message transmitting method using a mobile communication terminal is provided to reduce the data transmitting costs by transmitting a message using a home networking facilities. CONSTITUTION: A user writes an SMS(Short Message Service) in a message writing mode. The user inputs an SMS open condition(S3). The message and the message open condition information are transmitted through a wireless communication unit in the external device(S5). If the open condition is satisfied, the text message is displayed in the external device(S7,S9). The external device transmits a confirmation message to the mobile communications terminal(S11).
