PURPOSE: A sand managing device for a playground is provided to perform disinfecting and filtering sand on a playground and to remove impurities from the sand. CONSTITUTION: A sand managing device for a playground comprises a sand plow(2), a sand pulling-up device(3), a sand sterilization exhausting part(6), and a sterilizer(7). Both ends of the sane plow are inserted into the sand and turns over the sand. The sand pulling-up device is composed of a first chain(35), a second chain, and a plurality of baskets(37). The first and second chains are obliquely extended downward to the front side using a primary sprocket(31) and second to fourth sprockets. The sand is put in a plurality of baskets. The sand widely spreads in the sand sterilization exhausting part and scatters on the ground along the inclined plane. The sand sterilization exhausting part has an infrared lamp. The disinfectant and antimicrobial agent of a chemical tank(72) of the sterilizer are sprayed by a pump(73) through an injection nozzle(71).
