To provide an exhaust device capable of improving production efficiency. An exhaust device (10) includes: an upstream catalyst (21), into which exhaust gas richer than a stoichiometric mixture flows from an engine; a secondary-air supply pipe (23), via which secondary air is added to the exhaust gas; and a downstream catalyst (22) provided at a location downstream from the secondary-air supply pipe (23). A component having a highest content among components of a catalyst material of the upstream catalyst (21) is the same as a component having a highest content among components of a catalyst material of the downstream catalyst (22).
