Disclosed is a method for producing a light-guiding building element comprising an at least half-open encasing (14) into which a plurality of optical fiber rods (1) are introduced at a distance from one another, and the encasing is filled with a hardenable casting material which forms a building element that can be loaded once the casting material has hardened. The disclosed method is characterized in that in a first step, the optical fiber rods are fastened in a shaping manner to a casting mold (30) that is preferably designed as a clamping frame, in a second step, the casting mold fitted with the optical fiber rods is entirely filled with the hardenable material (15), and in a third step, the encasing is removed such that the casting mold remains within the hardenable material and the optical fiber rods that are fastened thereto immovably remain in the hardenable material.
|
