PURPOSE: A communication support device suing a MAC protocol and method thereof are provided to perform communication with a low power and a power saving action. CONSTITUTION: An upper layer processor(110) generates data packet for transmitting with a plurality of sensor nodes. A buffer(120) buffers a generated data packet. A data link layer processor(140) processes the buffered data packet by applying an CA-MAC(Context Adaptive Media Access Control) protocol.
