PURPOSE: A filter device is provided to securely assemble the first and the second supporting net in the inner side insulator material case by forming the first and the second base apertures on the inlet port and the outlet port of the case. CONSTITUTION: The filter device includes a case(11), a semiconductor catalyst material(12), a first supporting net(13), a second supporting net(14). The case has an inlet port(15) and an outlet port(16). The case is made by the insulator material. The semiconductor catalyst material is charged in the space between the outlet port and the inlet port. The first supporting net is installed in the inlet side of the case. The first supporting net is formed into the conductor material. The second supporting net is installed in the outlet port of the case. The second supporting net is formed with the conductor material. An anode and a cathode of the power source are respectively connected to the first and the second supporting nets. |
