摘要 <p>Producing an electroluminescent (EL) element (1), comprising at least one substrate (8), component A, and at least one EL-arrangement (2), by spraying the layers of the EL arrangement, comprises (a) spraying a first electrode or an insulation layer, which are applied to the substrate respectively, (b) spraying an EL layer, and (c) spraying a second electrode. Independent claims are also included for: (A) the EL element with a flatness tolerance of 1-50 mm per meter and/or an inner radius of 500-20 mm, and/or an outer radius of 5-500 mm; and (B) a suspension for producing the electrodes for the EL element, comprising 0.025-0.9 wt.%, preferably 0.075-0.6 wt.% of poly-(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), or for producing the EL layer for an EL element, comprising 30-90 wt.%, preferably 45-70 wt.% zinc sulfide crystals, 10-40 wt.%, preferably 15-35 wt.% of binder from one- and two-component polyurethanes, 1-50 wt.%, preferably 5-15 wt.% of solvent from ethoxypropyl acetate, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, methoxypropyl acetate, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, solvent naphtha 100 or any mixtures of at least two of these solvents, 0.1-2 wt.% flow agent, and 0.01-10 wt.%, preferably 0.1-2 wt.% of rheological additives, or for producing an insulating layer for an EL element, comprising 5-80 wt.%, preferably 40-70 wt.% insulation material from strontium titanate, potassium niobate, lead titanate, lanthanum tantalate, lithium niobate, germanium telluride, magnesium orthotitanate, bismuth titanate, nickel titanate, calcium titanate, zinc titanate, zinc titanate, barium stannate, bismuth stannate, calcium stannate, stannate, magnesium stannate, strontium stannate, zinc stannate, barium zirconate, calcium zirconate, lead zirconate, magnesium zirconate, strontium zirconate, zinc zirconate, or mixtures of at least two of these substances, preferably barium titanate and/or lead zirconate, 10-40 wt.%, preferably 15-35 wt.% binder from one- and two-component polyurethane, 1-50 wt.%, preferably 5-15 wt.% solvent from ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, 1-methoxypropyl-2-acetate, toluene, xylene, Solvesso 100, (RTM: Solvent), ShellSol A(RTM: Hydrocarbon solvent) or mixtures of at least two of these solvents, 0.1-2 wt.% flow agent, and 0.01-10 wt.%, preferably 0.1-2 wt.% of rheological additives.</p>
