PURPOSE: A permanent anchor for slope reinforcement and a slope stabilization method using the same are provided to reduce the curing time of concrete required to tense a PC strand and to shorten a period of construction. CONSTITUTION: A permanent anchor for slope reinforcement(100) contains an anchor body(120) inserted to a borehole formed in a slope, a first fixture(130) providing mechanical bearing pressure to an internal wall of the borehole by the elastic force of a spring, and a second fixture(150) provided with plural fixed wings(152) and extended/fixed to the internal wall of the borehole by tensing a PC strand(110).
