HYBRID TANDEM ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE AND MOTHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

<p>PURPOSE: A hybrid stacked organic light emitting diode and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify manufacturing processes by stacking light emitting units through a solution process and a vacuum deposition process. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting unit is formed on an anode(200) and includes a first light emitting layer(230) which is formed through a solution process. A connecting layer(250) is formed on the first light emitting unit and generates electrons and holes. A second light emitting unit is formed on the connecting layer and includes a second light emitting layer(270) through a vacuum deposition process. A cathode(290) is formed on the second light emitting unit.</p>
