PURPOSE: A packing box for packing products, and a box formation member are provided to fold the box formation member to obtain packing boxes with various shapes. CONSTITUTION: A box formation member(100) includes the following: a lower surface unit(1) forming the bottom of a packing box; a pair of side surface units(2) installed on both sides of the lower surface unit to form the side surfaces of the packing box by folding; a front holder(3) extended from the front-end of the side surface units; and a rear holder(4) extended from the rear-end of the side surface units.
