PURPOSE: An wiper driver of an water rinse blackboard is provided exactly control the machine control by controlling the rotation angle with the contact of the cam projection by using a limit switch. CONSTITUTION: The wiper driver of the water rinse blackboard includes: a blackboard main body, a cleaning unit, a cleansing liquid supplying unit, an wiper(53), an advance and retreat driving means(60). The cleaning means is moved to left or right to by the drive directions of the driving unit along to a writing board. The cleaning means deletes the usage surface as soon as a brush comes in contact with each other to the writing board. The cleansing liquid supplying unit supplies the washing solution of the liquid from a cleaning tank. The wiper eliminates the washing solution by contacting or non-contacting to the writing board. The advance and retreat driving means is operated, wiper are not contacted in the writing board as the contact in both sides of an operation plate(40) is processed respectively.
