PURPOSE: An automatic self-aligning guide bush holder and a guide bush assembly therewith are provided to automatically and securely fix an object even if a guide bush loosely holds the object. CONSTITUTION: An automatic self-aligning guide bush holder(1) comprises a cylindrical adjusting member(10), a bearing(20), a cylindrical bearing housing(30), and a cylindrical coupling member(40). The adjusting member stably holds a rotated object and is rotated with the object. One end of the adjusting member is in contact with a guide bush(201). The bearing surrounds the other end of the adjusting member. The bearing housing surrounds the outer surface of the bearing. The coupling member surrounds the bearing housing to move the bearing housing toward the guide bush.
