PURPOSE: A facility for manufacturing a titanium alloy bolt is provided to enhance mechanical strength by manufacturing of the titanium alloy bolt using warm forging and to prevent failure including cracks. CONSTITUTION: A facility for manufacturing a titanium alloy bolt comprises a material feeder(100), a loader(200), a heater(300), a forging unit(400), a material inserting unit, a heat treatment device, an oxide film remover, a processing unit, a rolling unit and a washing unit. The material feeder feeds raw materials, which are cut rods formed from titanium alloy. The loader transfers the raw material. The heater heats the raw material transferring along the loader. The forging unit comprises a forging mold to mold the heated raw material to a forged product. The material inserting unit guides the heated raw-material to the forging mold. The heat treatment device heat-treats the forged product.
