PURPOSE: A crosslinkable polymer dispersion is provided to obtain a film with excellent water resistance and alcohol resistance and to ensure excellent stability. CONSTITUTION: A stable aqueous dispersion includes (a) based on the solid weight of a polymer, one or more disperse particles of a film-forming polymer including 1-10 weight% of one or more polymerization units of a functional monomer, and (b) one or more multiglycidyl compounds having four or more glycidyl groups per molecule. The functional monomer is selected from an acid-functional monomer or amine monomer and a mixture thereof.
