PURPOSE: An LED package is provided to include a transparent electrode unit which is a carbon nano tube material formed between an LED chip and a lead frame, thereby electrically connecting the lead frame with the LED chip without a wire bonding process. CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) comprises an LED chip(140) for emitting light. The main body is mounted on a substrate(150). A lead frame is exposed from the main body to the outside. A transparent electrode unit is placed between the LED chip and the lead frame. The transparent electrode unit electrically connects the lead frame with the LED chip.
