PURPOSE: A device for automatically transferring and cutting pipes is provided to prevent the malfunction of a chuck since a pipe is inserted into a chuck through a pipe transfer bar and thus the length of the pipe is automatically controlled. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically transferring and cutting pipes comprises a table(40), a cutting bite(70), a table transfer cam(130), a guide roller(140), a transfer shaft(150) and a spring(160). If the guide roller makes contact with the table transfer cam by the rotation of the table transfer cam, the table and the cutting bite automatically move forth along the transfer shaft at a constant speed to cut a pipe. If the cutting of the pipe is completed, the guide roller is separated from the table transfer cam by the vertically cut part(131) of the table transfer cam and the table rapidly returns to the original position by the restoring force of the spring.
