PURPOSE: A clip board with a file case is provided to easily safekeep file cases stood in line neatly, selectively use the function of one among the file case use and the clip board. CONSTITUTION: The clip board with file case includes a file case(10) and a document holding clip. The file case comprises an exterior body(11) and a front cover(13). The exterior body is opened completely. In one-side of the front cover, at least one holding clip joint part is formed. The front cover opens and closes the front side of the exterior body. The document holding clip comprises a supporting plate unit(21) and a clip(14). The supporting plate unit is attachably and detachably combined in the holding clip joint part. It is elastically separated about the supporting plate unit with the access and clip grips document.
