PURPOSE: A system for converting a still image into a moving picture and a recording medium for the same are provided to sense main features of a face and convert the sensed part into a 3D mobile moving picture. CONSTITUTION: A computer(100) uploads the stored still image. A recognition server(120) recognizes the uploaded still image. The recognition server changes one or more divided positions into a 3D image. The recognition server synthesizes the 3D image with the selected background. The recognition server changes the synthesized image into a mobile video. A service server(130) offers the mobile video to a portable terminal(140).
