PURPOSE: A method for producing the outsoles of shoes with double innersoles and an outsole thereby are provided to effectively reduce shock transferred to ankles and knees because the outsoles have elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing the outsoles of shoes with double innersoles is as follows. A main material is produced by mixing MDI 50~60 weight% and polyester polyol 40~50 weight%. A mixture is produced by mixing polyester polyol 88~96 weight%, surfactant 0.1~0.5 weight%, foaming agent 1.5~2 weight%, and catalyst 2~10 weight%. An innersole is produced by mixing the main material with the mixture and foaming the mixture. The innersole is placed in an outsole mold. Expanded resin is injected into the outsole mold. The innersole is embedded in an outsole.
