PURPOSE: A bicycle locking device used as a back is provided to form a back into one body on a bicycle to thereby solve inconvenience of separately keeping or carrying a locking device. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle locking device used as a back comprises a fixing part. The fixing part is fixed to a saddle fixing frame of a bicycle in a horizontal state. Two rotating parts(21,21a) are rotatably fixed to the fixing part. Rotating end parts of the two rotating parts face each other and are locked with the locking device. An opening accepting the rotating part of the opposite side from the fixing part fixed to one rotating part and a clip having an elastic part are fixed such that the state in which the rotating part rotates to the top is maintained. |
