Subject: heating or cooling case holding a glass or bottle used into vehicles. The specially-configurated profile of the case in question is a square in form and is provided with a U-shaped recess; when folded up the profile in question forms the case 1 which is provided with hooks 2, 3 assisting its fixing to the air-conditioning unit of the vehicle, and members 5, 6 having adequate notches 7, 8, 9, 10, protuberances 7’, 8’, 9’, 10’ and fissures 11,12,13,14. The protuberances of each member enter the fissures of the other one to form the base 15 of the case 1. Purpose: keeping the content of a glass or bottle at low or high temperature, at the user’s desire.
